Spanish Days in Coventry (27th and 28th of September 2024)

Friday, 27th September 2024 - Face-to-face Spanish day for primary students: Years 5 & 6

Consejería de Educación, the University of Warwick, Junta de Castilla y León, Coventry City Council and Coventry City of Languages are organising a Spanish Day in Coventry aimed at primary students of Spanish with 4 different workshops. It will be a face-to-face event on Friday, 27th of September 2024.

There will be workshops for students with games and prices. Registration is free for schools, but places are limited (on a first-come, first-served basis). The activities will run from 9.30am to 2.30pm. Only year 5 and year 6 students accompanied by a teacher qualify for this event.

Saturday, 28th September 2024 - Face-to-face training for teachers day in Coventry

Consejería de Educación, the University of Warwick, and the Junta de Castilla y León are organising a Spanish Day in Coventry aimed at teachers of Spanish and future teachers from primary, secondary, university, and further education. It will be a face-to-face event on Saturday, 28th September 2024.

There will be presentations and workshops with practical ideas for the Spanish class and a raffle for courses in Spain. The workshops will run from 9.15am to 3.30pm.

Registration is free, but places are limited (on a first-come, first-served basis).
