Abstract
Subjectivity, objetivity and scholar organisationSalto de línea Salto de línea This article is based on the phenomenon of subjectivisation and its influences on society in the past. It aims to pinpoint the consequences which this phenomenon has had in the realm of education, the pressures of demand and the tendency to professionalization with a view to rebuilding its ontological-epistemological status. In order to build a flexible organisation whose founding principles are simply to facilitate the interaction of its individuals, the communicative perspective of education is deepened, as well as the need to go beyond the bureaucratic model underpinning the organisation of our schools.
Resumen
El artículo parte del fenómeno de subjetivización que afectó en el pasado a la sociedad para acercarse a las consecuencias que ha tenido en el mundo de la educación, la presión de la demanda y la tendencia a la profesionalización, para reconstruir su estatus ontológico-epistemológico. A partir de ahí se ahonda en la vertiente comunicativa de la educación y la necesidad de organizarla traspasando el modelo burocrático de organización dominante en nuestros centros escolares, para construir una organización abierta cuyo fundamento no es otro que posibilitar la interacción de los sujetos.
