Video creation and edition in the Spanish classroom.

There are two basic reasons why this activity is arranged: to reinforce the use of new technologies for their integration in the classroom and to offer assistance to every teacher in Australia and New Zealand who wants to participate in the First Competition of short films.

• Objectives:

-To create and edit videos of short length for the production of small shorts or educational videos.Salto de línea -To facilitate teacher's job in the follow-up and collection of data, and the exposition of the information, adapted to the new technologies for all teachers.Salto de línea -To motivate students through the stimulus of presentation in new forms adapted to the digital culture nowadays.Salto de línea -To learn about the use of video as a teaching tool.Salto de línea -To provide a support tool to every teacher who wants to participate in the "First International Academic Competition of Shorts in Spanish" .

• Content of the course:

-Operation of video editing apps to its immediate use in the classroom and creation of videos.Salto de línea -Script creations for videos and for the use of telepromters.Salto de línea -Knowledge about accessories for video making (microphone, tripods, chroma key, etc.)Salto de línea -Use of Youtube to share and upload videos

• Recipients:

-Teachers from The Spanish Language and Culture Program in Australia.Salto de línea -Spanish teachers from education centres in Australia, The Philippines, New Zealand, and Singapore

• Duration: 8 hours.
