Learn to make pupusas, a traditional El Salvadoran dish, explore cultural traditions, and take away language learning resources to enrich your Spanish classes.
Bring fresh, authentic learning to your Spanish classroom, allowing your students to explore these iconic Central American staples as you integrate them into your language and culture lessons. This workshop will explore the popularity of the pupusa in Central America, equip you with valuable language learning resources to use with your Spanish students, and, most importantly, offer the hands-on experience of making pupusas from scratch. ¡Qué delicia!
